I’m a Senior Associate at Become, working across both design and delivery to help projects move from early ideas through to construction.
My background in interior design means I naturally think about buildings from the inside out, focusing on how spaces feel, function and support the people who use them. I’m particularly drawn to work that has a genuine impact, especially in the affordable and social housing space where thoughtful design can make a real difference to everyday life.
I enjoy working through detail, coordinating teams and helping projects stay grounded while still holding onto the original design intent. For me, the most rewarding part of the process is working at the intersection of design and delivery, where we can shape ideas into real spaces.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my kids, heading to the beach or sneaking off to a quiet local café for a good coffee!
