Home with a view
An elevated site with exceptional city views, less than 5 minutes walk to Waverton station provided the perfect location for high end residential apartments.
Become returned to first principles – place, amenity, views to reimagine a development within the envelope of the approved DA.
The result is a boutique block of eight, light filled residences, with living and balcony spaces oriented to the views. All units have oversized balconies and terraces and the accommodation including two-storey penthouses with large roof terraces
Without compromising design quality, the layouts were rationalised to enable stacked structure and building services.
Positive Impact
Two houses were demolished to create eight exceptional, large, family capable dwellings.
